The Team Arrive contd....
Claims were placed on bedrooms and bags and gear stowed in preparation for the next day.
	The first evening was spent meeting up with new team members, introductions, exchanging travel stories and finding bedding in the secret linen cupboard that didn't feel damp.
The house was large and dark and a little spooky.	Groups of people were sent to the kitchen for rounds of fresh coffee and toast to keep the team awake and fill the stomachs of the late arrivals who had travelled long and hard.
Eventually everyone retired to get some sleep in preparation for the first day of snow.............
